The End of the Plot « Thread Started on Mar 28, 2009, 11:57am »
Chloe and Cragan's son Eridor was behind everything. When Chloe was kidnapped by the Urgals, she had a son who was taken into the forest of Du WEldenvarden. Once there he was taken under the wing of a sinister elf. He was raised in the ways of elves, but there was something special about him: He was the son of a dragon. Before Chloe was even with Cragan, she had been put under a spell by a great wizard. She had been born a dragon, but turned into a human. She still acquired the magical abilities of a dragon, but was human. Because of this power that Eridor had recieved from his mother, the elves decided to craft a sword for him, and when the time came, he would be able to destroy anyone who got in his way. Little did the elves know, he flourished in his magical training and had too much energy to contain. He became power hungry and bestowed upon his elves a spell of servitude. They became shade like, but their soul remained in tact.
Along comes Trinn, she travels through Du Weldenvarden and finds this sword, unguarded. She uses it and it accepts her as it's owner.
In a search for the sword Eridor kills the current king of Alagaesia and is caught and imprisoned, however the guards of the castle know not who killed the king, just that this boy was there.
Cragan and Chloe would have eventually found their son and relinquished him of the evil by using brisingr sverdor for it's true purpose, not fire, but light. Light to see through the darkness, and evil.
After reclaiming their son, wind of an elite set of weapons comes along. The elemental four. A Centaur with a bow of Wind, a Mermaid with the trident of the Sea, and a dwarf with the hammer of stone.

Would have brought up some very interesting tensions among whoever tried to get the four weapons. A lot of room for growth from that point. It would have been some long stories too if each of the weapons holders was as powerful a foe as Eridor.
